1) Search to make sure they aren't already in the celeb list.
You can use just first or just last names, too -- or even just parts of a name for a more flexible search.

2) General Guidelines for adding new celebs:
- They must be in the entertainment world. Therefore, sports stars and political figures will generally not be added - unless they've truly crossed over.
- To avoid celeb-list-bloat we will not add every suggested celebrity. Typically we add someone if they have been in the news in the past and have a likelihood of being in the news again.
