Nina Garcia

Nina Garcia (born Ninotchka Garcia[2] in Barranquilla, Colombia on May 3, 1965) is a magazine editor who, until August 18th, 2008, acted as the Editor-at-Large of Elle, as well as a judge on the Bravo reality television program Project Runway.
