Is this supposed to be a nod to the old FOX sitcom "Herman's Head"? I used to love that show...anywhoo, stick with me on this one, kids, there's a lot going on tonight. House is at a titty bar, but he doesn't seem to be enjoying himself the way you'd think House would - belittling the strippers and such - and these gruseome, disturbing images keep appearing. House can't figure out how he ended up at the bar and asked the dancer how many drinks he had - she tells him he hasn't had any. He last remembers being at work and has lost four hours. He tries to diagnose hiself, but to no avail. He sees blood on his fingers, but it's someone else's. He does, however, have a gaping gash on his noggin. He again starts to hypothesize on what could possibly be wrong with him, a concusion or retrograde amnesia. He's got no keys and no phone. The visions continue and he says "someone's going to die." He saw a symptom, but he has no idea who his future POTW is. He leaves the bar and sees a massive bus accident. Cue credits, and my own head scratching. House is at Princeton-Plainsboro, watching the victims of the accident arrive in the ER. he insists he saw someine dying. Wilson attributes the visions to a concussion. He tells him that wires have been crossed in his brain. House asks why he was on the bus in the first place and Wilson explains that he was drunk (I always thought of House as a guy who'd insist on driving even though he's three sheets to the wind. Anyone else?) He thinks he could have seen a potential patient and followed them onto the bus. Taub shows up and House forgets his name - and then asks him to retrieve the victims' medical histories. He addresses Thirteen as "lesbian" and asks her to find out if anyone was taken to another hospital.
