I'm really curious about this week, because now we don't have an "obvious" country singer on the show. Actually, there are some veeeery non-country singers, and I'm curious as to how they're gonna be able to make it work.

I think Adam, for one, should go for a song by some female country singer. I think he can handle Shania, for example, but he's waaaaaay to, hum, "flamboyant" to try a "standard" country song. I'm curious, though... After his last performance, I'm pretty sure he can rock anything. He's currently my absolute favourite.

Anoop, oh, poor Anoop... He didn't do well last show and something tells me things are gonna be even harder next time. I think he's gonna have the hardest time of them all, and I also believe he is not the smartest contestant when it comes to song choice. I really like him, I hope he can work something out.

I'm thinking Michael Sarver will have an easier time, because he's naturally boring, and boring singers can find boring songs in just about every genre. I mean, he managed to pick the lamest MJ song, so I think he'll find something equally safe to sing and people will think he's cute. I hate him and his whole "devoted to my family and god" things is really annoying.

Danny might be able to work somehing out, mostly because of his soulful voice. And Megan could make that corky tone really work or pick a desastrous song and move around like a one-legged slightly retarded baby gazelle.

But I'm pretty sure Simon will have every performance like he does every single country week. I understand him, though... I don't know if it's because I'm not american either, but listening to country music makes me wanna hit my toes repeatedly with a hammer.

So, who else is gonna have a hard time picking their roster for this week's show? Who do you think will actually pull it off, and who is most likely to be desastrous?
