Great show, I think HBO is trying to piggyback on Twilight mania in the ad campaign. -
And rightfully so. I caught up a little with season 1 although I watched it before. HBO has been replaying some of the past epi's...

I think True Blood is what Twilight SHOULD have looked like... instead it came out hokey, whereas True Blood was pretty stinkin' rad! -

I got all excited last night cause my DVR recorded an ep so i thought i had the wrong premeire date but it was an old one. idk how it slipped through but this weekend it really does start. YAY! -

9 TRUEBLOOD ADS! IN 1 MAGAZINE! I couldn't believe it. Then I remembered if they put them ALL over NYC, then they could put 9 ads in 1 magazine... -
Surprisingly *I* haven't noticed many talk show interviews, except for this one of Stephen Moyer on The View (which was a super good interview by the way, albeit a pain in the butt to get to... If you click the link, he was on 6/10).

LOS ANGELES – Vampires have taken over the Los Angeles Times.
Beneath the masthead of Friday print editions is a full front-page ad for HBO's "True Blood."
A black-and-white close-up of star Stephen Moyer with blood dripping from his mouth dominates the page, which is all that's visible in newsboxes around town.
No other stories or photos appear on the cover, which is actually a separate four-page broadsheet touting Sunday's season premiere. Readers remove the wrap to find the regular front page, anchored by the Lakers's Thursday win over Orlando.
Times spokeswoman Nancy Sullivan says it's the first time newspaper has put its masthead above an advertisement wrapping the paper. She declined to discuss how much the paper charged for the ad. -
The body in the car was not Lafayette Reynolds'. It was the Voodoo Priestess. It was a deviation from the book, to save a great character.

I can't believe that in that entire off-season i didn't once consider it could have been Voodoo lady. I saw black feet and could only think it was lafayette or tara's mom. Kinda glad they surprised me on that one

Yeah try to watch OnDemand,, and then if you cant see them all they are $2.99 per episode on iTunes
